Upgrade time!

Hey guys, about time I spent some money on my PC but want to get some opinions before I go for it.

Here's what I'm thinking.

£800 is the very top of my budget really but there's a chance I may get the CPU and stuff first and GPU between now and Xmas, unless there are some tempting Black Friday deals!

Could I do any better than what I've picked? Also is the 290x worth the extra £30 performance wise?

What do you use this PC for?

I do not think the 290X is worth the extra, if a R9 290 is overclocked from the factory it is as quick as a standard speed 290X.

Hey, got a corsair carbide 300R and 250GB SSD which will do fine.

That's a nice deal on the card but I'm looking at getting that last as funds don't allow for me to get it all at once!

Opinions on the bundle? It's showing as due soon but after you click on it it shows 10+ in stock so not sure what's going on there

Nice! Not necessarily, will just be used for gaming but I'm thinking it can't hurt to future proof
