For 1080p a 8GB RX 480 would do nicely and is under your maximum budget at £219.99 currently. Could also wait for aftermarket cards which should have more cooling headroom in a few weeks. The 480 is at least 100% faster than the 7850 too so you should see a good boost.

The 480 is so fast at 1080p that your FX 8320 CPU will struggle to keep up a bit, especially if it's on stock speeds. Your minimum fps would be better with a stronger CPU.

Actually would advise aftermarket cards if poss as the stock cooler does get quite warm. MSI Twin Frozr is an excellent cooler so hopefully they get some on sale here soon.
