hi all im looking to upgrade my cpu, motherboard and ram my current system is

ryzen 5 5600
b550 gaming x
corsair vengence dd4 32gb 3600
2x corsair mp600pro xt 2tb
corsair h150i rgb
gigabyte 4070ti
corsair rm850x

now im looking to get the following

AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D Eight Core 5.20GHz​

Corsair Vengeance RGB EXPO 32GB​

now im not sure what motherboard to get

Gigabyte B850 Aorus Elite WIFI7​

Gigabyte X870 Aorus Elite WIFI7​

or is there anything else i should look at.

The main difference between 850 and 870 is USB4.

1) Why?
2) Are you getting unacceptable FPS in games, requiring you to use lower than ideal detail/texture settings, and requiring you to use FSR/DLSS frame gen to get acceptable FPS?

yes im having a lot of stuttering and cashes in gameplay, looked at task mananger and cpu is at 100% and that why asking on here for best options
