Upgrade to run multiple EVE Online Accounts

Update: I have OC to 4.4GHz and seem to be able to run 8 accounts at the moment without issue. I will see how it goes, but for now it seems fine. I will try 10 accounts tomorrow and see how that goes.

While not necessarily at the same time it was amazing how many characters you could put to use - think when I quit I had 13-14 characters in use.
