Upgrade with a difference.

Just to throw my tuppence in, I've a K750 and my friend has recently got a W810. I must say, the W810 in the few places it isn't the same as the K750, sucks. Hard.

Menu's are slower and much more clumsy, the camera lens cover has gone (although it its covered by perspex), the nav buttons are terrible.

Really couldn't recommend anyone get one over a K750/W800.

w900i isn't available on Orange, and if he's buying through Orange online the M600 has been out of stock for a while now iirc.

The N80'd probably sell well although it's not had very good write ups on here from what I've seen.

I'd just go for the w810 personally, or wait a bit longer for the new phones to come out if you can put up with your dodgy joystick for a little while longer.

Tbh, even though the W810i might be the best phone for him it hurts me to see people not get there moneys worth. If you want you can get the N80 free or for a small fee (that I will cover) then you send me it and I'll send you an unlocked W810i so you win both ways.

Might even swap it for my 8800 (when is comes in the morning) for the N80 if you put some cash toward it?

If you only want a basic-ish phone then go for something like a 6230i on a good cashback deal like I just have. If you don't need a cutting edge handset then you may as well get some dosh back for "downgrading".

Hmmm all good options i will have to consider, although i dont want to start a new contract or change my tariff. :)

Well expect to pay more then. Is there any real need to be so stuben? oh, and what about the swap then ;) ?

I'd wait. There is nothing stunning right now, unless you consider the LG KG800 (AKA Chocolate) or the Samsung E900.

Some funky new Nokia stuff is comming (think V3 Symbian). K800 is the obvious choice, what you have now, just better.

Every day 50 is not all that great tbh (but if you like it), and I have the 8800 to swap with you.

It was an offer a few years back, get a second line with a second tariff on it for half price. :)

So you just have a seperate sim with 50 mins on for C. £7.50 m/p? Tbh you could probally do away wit the second sim now and get it all together from a different network for chaeper. Do you get two upgardes one for each line?

No its all on one phone and one sim and one contract, you just change the line on the phone. :)

Oh, well you could probally get it cheaper somewhere else then.

What do you get in total and how much is the rental?

Why not do away wit the orange contract then if you dont need the mins?

Claim my orange of my tax as business use, and i like having 2 phones. :o

So you pay £35 p/m just for a second phone? There are cheaper ways than renting a phone, lol. Why not get rid of the ED50 then? ;)
