Upgrade?

I Plan on playing bf3 amongst other games, So i was going to build a new rig. I currently have the following:

CPU:I7 920 @ 4.2Ghz
CPU Cooler: Corsair H50
Mobo:Gigabyte UD3R
HDD1: Mushkin 40GB SSD
HDD2: 2TB Western Digital
HDD3: 1TB Samsing spinpoint
HDD4: 500GB Western digital
Ram: Patriot Viper 6GB
GPU: 8800GTS 320mb(Only just started gaming again)
PSU: 750 Watt PC Power and Cooling (OCZ)
Case: Coolermaster Cosmos Sport

I have had my pc for a long time now and im not up to scratch with the latest gear etc. So if anyone can suggest a nice upgrade it would be much appreciated.

Dont really have a set budget. Im bored with my case aswell, So i really want to change that. And ill be gaming at 1920 by 1200 and i really want something that will last me a year or two. I had a 6950 (flashed to 6970 speeds) and i found it very loud even at lower fan speeds.
 
The only thing worth upgrading at the moment is your GPU.

Tbh I personally would leave off upgrading the case until your next major upgrade - the new bunch of tech (Sandy Bridge E, Kepler and ATI next-gen GPU) is only about 4-5 months away, so your money might be better spent there.

If not, just for the standard 2500k + mobo of your choice etc.
