Oki ..update mobo bios....it finally worked...
But now I installed the driver and stuff...but the card is making some weird buzzing static sound...any help ?

Does the buzzing noise happen when the card is idle, during load or all the time? Have you checked maybe something is caught on the GPU's fan? Ensure the 6 pin cables re connected properly?
 
Sounds like a poor electical connection somewhere. Can you take out the GPU and test with the onboard GPU/6850? If the sound disappears with these two, then I would consider perhaps RMAing the card.

yh 6850...works fine its jus the new gpu 7950 with this weird noise..btw whats rmaing?
 
Contact overclockers customer service and send the card back as faulty. A card should not make that noise so it is faulty.

Hopefully you will get a good card after the Return Mechandise Authorization.

If you get another faulty one just choose a different brand 7950 or get what you wanted in the first place, a 7870.
