So I have just ripped out my old 7970's and replaced them with a Titan X, got it all back together and boy those temps are great!
CPU is running at mid 60's under full load and GPU went from 87 overclocked on stock cooler to 36 under water! 51 degree drop is amazing, some pics of the finished job:
