Upgraded BIOS and lost overclocked settings

Please can someone help I've got the *OVERCLOCKED* Intel Core i7 920 D0 Stepping (SLBEJ) 4.00GHz / Gigabyte EX58-UD5 Intel X58 Motherboard / Corsair 6GB DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz DDR3 Bundle which I brought from overclockers in 2009

I/ve upgraded my BIOS from F7 to F13 but stupidly forgot to make a backup and lost all my overclocked settings. Please can someone help as I don't know where to start?

Try the customer support forums, they may help you, I doubt they have the setting's still in their files but its worth a shot, 4GHz is easy to get on the 920, so try customer service forums and if not drop a thread in the "Ask 8 Pack" forum.
