Upgraded issue

Hi all,
I have an issue,

I broke my CPU and motherboard.
So decided to upgrade .

It was cheaper to get a company to put the mobo,CPU,fan together and flash the bios.

So I got it today and I put it in the case, connected it all up.

But now it all comes on but there is nothing to the screens?

The CPU light is on on the Mobo...
I have tried single ram in different positions and taking the CMs battery out ...

Any help would be great...

The company I bought it from, closed at 5pm today and not open till Monday..

Id advise waiting until Monday and taking it back. If you start taking it apart they may try and blame you for any issues

I would also do this.

You say the CPU light is on, does it stay on or does it go off eventually?

Are you sure all cables are attached, thinking 8 pin CPU power?

They may have bent a CPU pin and if you start messing to much they will blame you for it.
