Well at work we have been 'upgraded' from bt's 2mb service to their 'max' service.
from having a stable 2mb connection we not have the slowest 7mb connection. Its not like anyone downloads much, just mainly internet research, and it is mind numbingly slow and tedious.
how they can call it an upgrade i don't know.
