Upgrading a Packard Bell Dot S netbook

I am looking to upgrade the ram in my netbook ready for Windows 7, there seems to only be 2 options,2GB PC2 6400 and 2GB PC2 5300 modules however I am not sure of the difference between PC2 6400 and PC2 5300 modules. I am hoping that the 6400 is faster. Does anyone Know?

6400 runs at 800mhz, 5300 runs at 667mhz.

I forgot to mention that I am a moron, which would you go for for improved performance when using multiple applications. Am I right in assuming the higher the mhz the faster the speeds? I really am that stupid!
