upgrading advice needed please

going to upgrade my system soon.i have 375 to spend

on cpu mobo and memmory would like to overclock a little as well later on

looking to go down the duo core 2 route.

old config is p4 3.2 1gb off 400ddr and a 1800xt.

many thanx for ure views.

mainly play games and video converting.

thnx m8 i dident no weather to have 2gb or 1gb and mayby get a better board or cpu is 1gb not enough now.

could i save some money on only having 1gb and may be a better chip or mobo witch is more off a performance gain.
