Upgrading an old rig

Chaps!

My OCZ RAM failed and fortunately due to their fabulous service and lifetime warranty I have been able to return it in exchange for a 60gig SSD after 4 years of joyful use.
I am faced with a dilemma: My PC is going to be ram-less once i return the modules as I am currently running the rig on the 2gigs that do work; I am going to need to buy some new RAM & have no idea what to buy; will I even find DDR2 RAM for the machine or would it just be better to replace the mobo and CPU and get some nice new ram? The specs of my rig are:

If I sold those I wouldn't need the alcohol and cigarettes! Never-mind I'll fake a cold for a few weekends and put the cash in a drawer. Perhaps I might get a little more lucky with the weekly offers till then. God knows what I'm going to use whilst my PC is out - think i'll be stuck here with the MacAir whilst saving, at least I'll have an incentive.
