upgrading bios

hi guys,

how do i go about upgrading my bios?
i have everest utilities and it is telling me that my bios is over two years old.

is upgrading hard to do and does it require a clean windows install or anything?

If its gonna cause me hassle i dont want it!

my mobo is a k8ns pro

It doesnt effect windows whatsoever, it updates the bios chip on your motherboard.

Goto the manufacterers website for whoever made your motherboard and it should have instructions along with the downloads.

Your manual should say to.

used the @BIOS tool from gigabyte and it was dead easy
