Upgrading CPU, Mobo, RAM

Im planning on upgrading my CPU + Mobo + RAM. I have about 400 quid to spend. I am thinking about buying the below. Any suggestions?

A triple channel memory kit is only good for i7, use a decent dual channel kit.
