Join the club!

Only problem is theres currently nothing out at the moment (imho) that offers a substantial upgrade.

For something better, I'm looking for phones with a better, higher resolution screen, better camera, Wi Fi and something a bit nippier.

Best bet would be to hold out for the N80 and other phones coming out around that time.

well my current contract doesnt end till may 4th.
ive just been on the car phone warehouse and you can sort the phones by what features they have and the N70 is the only one will all the ones my 6630 has  i guess the 6630 is a good phone lol

Well, if you don't want to lose the functionality of your 6630 then there's a lot of good phones just around the corner (but sadly not out for another month or so).

Nokia are planning to release the 3250, N71, N80, N91, E60, E61 and E70 in the near future all with similar (or better!) functionality to the 6630.

Personally, I'm waiting for the N80. It's got all the features I want in a relatively small package that's easy to use one-handed.

t-mobile's price plans are just crap for what i want. on O2 i can get 150 mins 750 txt's 4MB data all for £30 a month and the phone is £49

You sure???

T-Mobile Flext 35 (180 quid allowance) and MDA Vario for free????

Looks far better than the o2 offer.

I would have to agree, I think you had better go and have another look.

This man speaketh the truth. Can't wait to be honest, looks a stunning phone and I can't wait for my upgrade :D

t3h

you cant use any of the dredit from T-mobile's Flext tarrif to use on wap. which is a bit crappy as i will be using the messenger and e-mail

if you lhappy with 6630 at the moment, then the best chosic of upgrade is N70.....

btw... use 3 is not a bad chosic.......£30 per month, 500 x-net mins, 50 txt .... good enough, isn't it?

i dont call anyone really i usually just txt ive decided to go with the O2 CDA MINI S 150 mins 750 txt and 4MB of data

Same here - i'm more of a texter than anythin else although i do call people just not for long periods ...
I'm a little bored waiting now and the N80 won't be cheap when it comes out - i'm coming from a payg phone - never had a contract before - so i'm thinking i may just go for the N70 as it's a nice featureful phone that seems to be what i'd need - mp3 player is the best bit i'm wanting as carrying my minidisk about with me isn't as practical to be honest
this is coming from an 7600 - so having a normal keypad layout will be a welcome thing again :p

If you want the phone then wait for it, it wont be anymore expensive for a new customer to get it, they useually get better deals than existing customers on low-mid useage upgrades.

the n70 is bearly an upgrade, more of a sidestep. Its practically the same phone with some changes. better camera, more memory...same software though, and exactly the same in operation. There's nothing on offer right now from nokia and symbian thats worth the upgrade IMO, however there are plenty of touch screen wonders powered by MS if you're will to take the plunge
