Blimey O riley!!!!!

I have the itch already to upgrade my current set-up after like 2 weeks. Benchmarks get very addictive!

Why is it so addictive :(

Should be able to sort out my urge soon LOL!

But in the last month i have bought.

2500k
New mobo
New SSD
New Ram
New Keyboard
New mouse
New case
New fans
New GPU

LOL - When does it stop, when you are poor LOL

:D

Any funny upgrade stories.

EG - Buy a gpu then 2 weeks later upgrade lol

LOL.

Dont blame me.:p

Possible upgrade from me.

Thinking off getting another case even though I have something huge and epic already:D

i think what you need is a time consuming project or mod for your computer. not sure what that might be, but it might cure your upgradeitis for a while

i've been considering making my own case based on the features i like of all the raven cases (i have an amazing workshop at my disposal at uni)

Psu, extra ram, CPU cooler. Then CF.

BUT!

I bought an antec 300 just to go back to a tower. I wasn't really planning on CF etc.

So now I want a mahosovie case to show of my GPU's lol. Had the antec for like 3 weeks lmao.

Well I was planning an epic build over winter. But then I had to quickly get parts. As u know I am noob and killed my mobo.

So custom case sounds like an epic idea. Need a massive one I can strip down etc.

Yo da man reaper dude!!

6pm and drunk. Best make sure I am good :D

take a look at the silverstone ravens. if i could mix the white raven 2's body with the raven 3's insides and window shape i would be in heaven
(well, i have a couple of other things i'd want to change, but thats the basic idea)

you'll slow down eventually, i got the same benchmarking bug over the last 6 months, it's been gfx cards for me though lol 5770> 5850 > 5850 CF > 5850 > 6950, dare not remember how much money i've wasted tbh but it's pretty much stopped now lol

It definitely wears off the longer you've been a PC builder. I used to chop and change whenever I could, but now I generally just buy the best setup I can afford and keep it until it's worth getting rid of.

I was pretty mad back in the day though, I once blew through an entire term's student loan in a week on a brand new 9800GX2 and 24'' monitor. Ah, good old days :D
