Upgrading Graphics Card - Is my Case/Mb/PSU compatible?

Hi, I'm thinking of upgrading my graphics card to a GTX 1660 SUPER or RTX 2060. I certainly don't want to spend more than £300 to make the upgrade work, happy to go for a different card if there is something better for the money or if an older card would work better with what I currently have. I recently got a Oculus Quest 2 and want a card that will be compatible/work well with that.

Problem is that all the existing parts of my PC are pretty old I don't really know if the card will fit in the case / on the motherboard, or if my current power supply will fit a newer card. It seems that the motherboard has a compatible PCIe x16 slot for the graphics card, but perhaps the psu doesn't have the right x8 pin connector, would there be an adaptor for that or would I need to buy a whole new psu?
I'm assuming that the card should fit in the case, but is there a good way to check?

Any help/advice would be very much appreciated (current specs below).
