Upgrading i7 7700K CPU, Mobo and Memory on a budget

I'm looking to upgrade my Mini ITX i7700k with 16GB memory system to something current, either Amd or intel but must be Mini ITX Motherboard.

Will be used with a RTX 2070 for now but will get a RTX 4060 eventualy. It's mostly going to be used for playing games old and new at 1080p with high details

I have a budget of £400 for CPU, Motherboard and 32GB of memory.

What's the best i can get?
