Upgrading Mobo/CPU Ram

Hello all,

was just wondering if it is worth upgrading what i have at the moment, and if so will i really notice it? running windows 8.1

Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 Intel Z68
Intel 2600k i7 @ 4.5ghz
Corsair XMS3 16GB DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz ( 4 x 4GB)

Stick with what you have mate, ive been on both ivybridge and haswell since my old i7 920 setup. In games with a single gpu i havent noticed very substantial performance improvements.
