Upgrading, Need Case & CPU Cooler Suggestions

Looking to order some new bits today, have decided to jump-ship from AMD to Intel. (current system in sig) I'll be taking HDD's, SSD and the 6870 over to the new system.

I've made a few choices as you can see from the basket, but can't decide fully decide on cooler or case. At present I've got a Coolermaster Elite 430 but the cable management is pretty poor. I have been looking at the BitFenix Shinobi USB3.0 Gaming Windowed Case and the Noctua cooler but can't decide. Any suggestions for cooler and/or case would be appreciated. For budget, would prefer to stay under £400.

Appreciate the cooler suggestion, thanks. Had a little read and it does look quite nice. As for the case, decided against the window afterall, plus the solid side is a bit cheaper
