Upgrading old BT broadband

Hi, when I signed up for BT broadband about 2 years ago i could only get 512, and now I should be able to get 1.5mb but im not getting that through my router, and I cant find anywere on the BT site to upgrade my service without having to get all this BT total rubbish which i dont need.

And how easy is it to migrate from one provider to another? As I was thinking of going to newnet or someone.

Give em a call, they'll slap you onto DSL Max, when I upgraded to it, it was a 3 month contract. Sure they will be able to give you the same.
