You can reuse your memory, but not sure if Haswell has a voltage limit of 1.6v.
 
You recommend Haswell. Heard they are harder to O/C and not as much potential? Plus run a fair bit hotter. I only have air cooling, think I have 2 120mm fans at front, 1 120mm fan at back and 1 140mm fan on top, and possibly the Akasa AK-967 V2 Nero CPU cooler, or similar.

Anyone is interested its similar to this http://www.trustedreviews.com/OCUK-...dition-PC_Desktop-PC_review#tr-review-summary - but with the motherboard mentioned above and the GTX460.

Also would the 7950 fit in that case? I hear its a monster.
