I have an Intel SSD 40Gb running win 7 and Office etc. and is near full. I have to keep clearing files to give me elbow room and will be upgrading. I have decided on 128Gb for my needs and going for Crucial RealSSD M4 128GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive (CT128M4SSD2).
Should I image the current SSD using win7 backup, install new drive alongside existing and restore to this new drive before formatting the 40 Gb drive to use as storage?
