Upgrading with O2

As silly as it sounds, I have never actually done my upgrading through O2 directly. I was wondering what number you guys ring to do your upgrading with O2?

Ok with upgrading it all kind of depends on how much you are worth to o2 - that will be the basis of how good a phone you will get. If they turn down your request for the new phone, argue a little etc, and if all goes wrong asked to be put through to cancelations. This is the important part - make sure you know of a similar deal for the w810 on a differnt network and threaten to move.
This is all depending on how much you spend on your phone mate ]

I tried getting an upgrade out of them a couple of weeks ago, they didn't want to know. oh well.
