Upgrading

If I upgrade after my initial 12 month contract is over and get a better phone/better tarriff does that enter me into anothet 12month contract?

In a word.....yup.
New contracts can (but not always) have better deals though so make sure you have a good look around if you're not bothered about your number being the same/don't mind going through getting a PAC code etc and transferring it.
