uPlay games missing and account name change.

So uPlay recently asked me to change my password for them and after doing so I now have nothing in my library and my account name has been changed to "shop77067467D".

Has this happend to anyone here?

Not personally, but sounds like your accounts been hacked or scammed.

There was a warning a few weeks back about uplay being hacked so they were urging customers to change passwords. Best bet is contact their support.

Figured that was the case. Hadnt been on uPlay for a while and just got the warning when I logged in to change it

That sound to me like rather than you changing your password you have actually created a new account which if you don't put a user name in defaults to the shopXXXXXX.
I'd try logging back in to your old username with your old password just to see.

Nope no joy with that. I cant see how I created a new account since I just followed the links given to me from the uplay app.

Got an email back and I need to send photos of all the codes ive redeemed. Hopefully this sorts them out.
