UPlay Purchase help

Hi All,

I was going to purchase Anno 1800 via the Uplay Windows App today but it wouldn't let me enter a 20% off code. So I went ahead and got it via the Uplay website. Low and behold 4 hours later it still doesn't show up in my list of games. Transaction completed.

Have to say the whole help system and customer experience is pretty fragmented. Customer support via email works by the looks of it Mon -> Fri. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this ?
 
Have you logged out and back into the client ? not saying it will defo work but sometimes it can!

Checked the payment actually went through ?

I wouldn't expect a quick reply with it being the weekend.

Yep tried all that. DM UBI Support on Twitter and amazingly they do not offer support for uplay website purchases
 
Uplay is going backwards, I'm finding. The store doesn't even load for me on the client so I have to buy things from the web and as you mention above, this seems to be an entirely different system to the Uplay client. I'm just not going to buy anything from there anymore, I'll just Uplay+ once or twice a year.
