Hi All, I was going to purchase Anno 1800 via the Uplay Windows App today but it wouldn't let me enter a 20% off code. So I went ahead and got it via the Uplay website. Low and behold 4 hours later it still doesn't show up in my list of games. Transaction completed. Have to say the whole help system and customer experience is pretty fragmented. Customer support via email works by the looks of it Mon -> Fri. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this ?
