Upload files to iPhone

First post, so easy on me please.

Can I upload a jpg file to the iPhone? An old photo I like to use as Walllpaper. If so, how?

I'm an Apple user, MBP with Aperture.

Emailing is going to be the easiest way, I'd guess.

Yeah, I agree, emailing probably the easiest way.

If you have a mobile me account you can upload the photo to your iDisk and use the free iDisk app from the app store to grab the file. Bit long winded but that would work too.

Don't have mobile me but just sent it from works' email and all sorted.
