could someone please tell me where the best place to upload a video of around 660MB...ive tried tinypic but keeps saying connection reset and screws it up :confused:

You'll never upload it at that size, unless it's something more reliable like FTP.

Your best bet is to put it in a .rar archive and split that into 100mb files.

What kind of video is it at the moment? MPG or AVI?

it was recorded on my macbook on iMovie HD if thats any use, says DV movie??

Download WinRAR, then right click on the video and click "Add to archive". There's an option to split it into volumes at the bottom of the WinRAR options.

sorry to be a pain...ive downloaded winrar and when i try to install it it keeps trying to open with quicktime player....what should i be opening the file with?? havnt used the mac much really so not sure.

WINrar won't work on Mac... This is probably better moved to the Mac forums, conversion of the video is still probably the easiest way to shrink it!

wish i hadnt of recorded it on the mac now......as i dont know how to convert it to shrink it :confused:
