UPS predicament

I am looking for a UPS to protect my PC from brown outs I have been getting lately.

What I have read online is that some Simulated sine wave UPSs don’t work very well in this situation which is a shame as they are the best value.

Does anyone have some real-life experience with SSW that would contradict this?

I am thinking about buying a Cyberpower VALUE2200EILCD Value Series UPS due to the 1320W output.
Power supply is a EVGA Supanova 1600 gold which is only 90% efficient Which drops the maximum load of my PC can only be 1188W or less. 520W for GPU and 280W for CPU leaving 388W for everything else.

I would welcome any suggestions for an alternative.

Quite a few years ago I tried my two existing simulated sine wave UPS devices with two APFC PSU equipped PCs and they worked but the noise from the PSUs was unpleasant to say the least.

Those same UPS devices were fine with various rack mounted gear but for the PCs I switched to sine wave UPS models and they work fine with no painful noise from the PSUs. The noise may not be a significant issue but given the value of the equipment and warnings about this I didn’t want to risk it and have stuck to full sine wave models ever since.
