URGENT: Capture flash video stream to file

One of my mates graduation ceremony is about to start (11.15am) and its streaming on the web.

He has asked me to record the stream so I was wondering if anyone could tell me how.

Stream Transport downloader is probably the best free one out there, downloaded some stuff from the Pathe news site earlier -
