HHI I JST UPDATED MY KEYBOARD AND MOUSE DRIVER NOW WHEN the START SCREEN COMES UP THEY DONT WORK,IVE TRIED DIFFRENT PORTS,System RESTORE,safe mode/last working config,even a difrent mouse and keyboard,tried setting bios back to default nothing works,boots into windows but cant do anything,really need help guys

Is there a reset button or anything on the mouse?
Perhaps reset it then restart the pc.
Or plug out the M&K until you get to the Windows login screen then plug it in and see if it has any effect. Seems odd, and appears to be a driver problem.

try different USB ports. try booting into safe mode (if it works).

and your caps key is stuck too. Have you tryed unplugging and plugging them back in at the start screen ? works of me the odd time my USB ports dont wake up in time for the M&K
safe mode uninstall drivers for mouse and keyb reboot into normal windoze reconnect keyb and mouse using normal windoze drivers see if they work then if so install mouse and keyboard manufacturers drivers with a reeboot inbetween each so you can see which set is meesing up if it at all does that way ...
ive already tryed everything ,safe mode/tryed all the usb ports/tryed diffrent mouse and keyboard,the problem happened after i updated the mouse/keyboard driver then rebooted into windows,i know its a driver issue but i cant fix it because nothing works,i think il need to reformat unless u guys can help me
noooo dont reformat thats a way way last issue tbh
u must be able to get into safe mode and remove drivers? then got thru the one piece at a time install with windows default drivers before u think about specific manufacturers ones step by step use minimal usb devices when testing and if it works on one try another identify the item or individual driver thats causing the problem its trial and error mostly but u will get there.

are they wireless keyboard and mouse by any chance? if so you may need to resync them usually there is a button on the mouse/keyboard somewhere and one on the receiver you need to press these usually at the same time some logitech ones like you to press one then the other in sequence.
