URGENT NOTICE REGARDING SATURDAY DELIVERY

DPD will have the parcel, but it will be at one of the depots (quite possibly Birmingham) awaiting its next move.
Ive got a few items sat there. Ordered on the 2nd December also, showing same status, when i rang them, they told me there in Birmingham depot. Im just north or Nottingham in Sheffield.

Thanks for explaining Daneuk - at least DPD have got the parcel, which is something I guess. I've seen a few DPD vans about, but they're obviously clearing the backlog - it's a shame, since my psu died and I hate having to use my laptop.
I work for a shipping company and know that sometimes it's not just that some roads are blocked, but that it takes forever to clear the snow from the depots and a lit of employees can be stuck or come in late. That knocks the whole timetable for 6 and shipments suffer.
We had to give up on a delivery since there was a big pile if snow and ice that kept the lorry from getting to the warehouse. It was 10 feet away from the boxes, but we just couldn't get the forklift over the snow. I feel sorry for DPD and the like since it's their reputation that is harmed by these missed deliveries.
