URGENT PLEASE HELP

chipps101 i think you might be onto something. I have gota head to work but i will let you know later. Hopefully get this ****er working :D. I think i found all the default values for voltages/cpu and RAM last might but will confirm later. Thanks for your help thus far guys xxx
 
Why do u keep resetting the cmos and asking if formating hdd's will fix things?!?

Once the machine boots edit the bios to your required settings. Read manufacturer manuals for your components for these..
 
the problem is i am not sure what to set my bios to. Although i think i have some sort of idea except for the RAM.

The diagnostic LED on the motherboard reads C0. My RAM is GeIL pc 6400 800mhz and timing 4-4-4-12 voltage 2.1v. In what order are these timing go into bios? I have the voltage for the cpu and roughly know what the fsb and multiplier should be
 
C0 means

Early chipset initialization:
-Disable shadow RAM
-Disable L2 cache (socket 7 or below)
-Program basic chipset registers

what does this mean?
 
well its stable at 3.4ghz
I can live with the bios multiplier being stuck on 9 even if you change it to 6 it runs at 9
nearly broke my p.c coz i went for 8 x 425 and because its broke was like 3.8ghz LOL
