Urgent - Two graphics card differences

Hi all,

Sorry I just have a quick question... I have ordered the Asus GTX 465, but since that is a pre-order, I want to change it to Evga GTX 465.

They BOTH have the same exact specs, but I wanted to make sure that it matches with my motherboard which is: Asus P6T Deluxe OC Palm Edition Intel X58 (Socket 1366) DDR3 Motherboard.

Can you tell me if there is any differences between the Evga vs Asus one, or is it just different branding?

It is kinda urgent.

Either will work perfectly. The motherboard will take any modern PCI-E graphics card.

The asus card has 3 years warranty and the EVGA card has 2 years warranty

Different branding pretty much, asus comes with voltage tweak and extra years warranty as well. If you have no plans on keeping it for more than 2 years the extra years warranty doesn't matter then.
