Usable RAM question

Hey guys i just installed the Nvidia GeForce Experience and was checking some settings and under 'My Rig' it displays all my PC Specs. Under Ram it states that i have 16GB but in brackets it states i only have 15.94GB usable. I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate which to my knowledge allows over the max limit of RAM set by lower versions of Windows 7.

Any ideas as to why this is showing up? under the windows properties it just says 16.00GB so im wondering if its just a bug with The Nvidia Software.

The amount of usable memory in the examples are not exact amounts. Usable memory is a calculated amount of the total physical memory minus "hardware reserved" memory.
