USB 3.0 card reader stops bios post ! help

Hi,

I have a usb 3.0 card reader on a usb 3.0 slot and it is stopping pc from getting past ACHI check in bios.
if i pull it out it goes into windows fine and i can then connect the reader and all is well.

I done a google search and found others with this problem (all gigabyte boards i might add) but no one has a solution.

Any ideas?

Are there any bios updates available?

Also worth checking for chipset/usb 3 driver upadtes too.

Is it just that particular card reader or all acrd readers whcih cause this problem? If it's just that one maybe change to a different one?
