USB 3.0 Internal Right Angle?

does it work well? seen some cheapy ones on auction, they just look like straight metal leg connctors with no additional components. I suspect that is a bit dubious.

I'm using one, it seems fine.

i meant the power switches and reset button ones. i can see some extension cables but none that gives me an elbow that i can neatly tuck the cable out of the way.

I don't believe front panel connectors are uniform (meaning the pins differ from motherboard to motherboard) so you'd be hard pressed to find something like that pre-made

Excellent stuff I'll pick up one of these from eBay. Just wanted to make sure I was looking at the correct item and there wasn't a better alternative before I ordered one. Thanks again!

all the motherboars i have used they all have the same exact arrangement 9 pin thing. decided to tape up mine with some black insulation tape. so i can plug them in as a block rather individually. there are some externsion cables which are braided or sleeved. but for tidiness, insulation tape will suffice.

It's a niche spot someone could release a front panel block product for, i loved those front panel blocks on the DFI boards, made things so much easier. Other manufacturers have provided them with boards before, MSI, ASUS, to name those i know of(beside DFI) and sold them as an accessory.

If i had the engineering know-how, i'd make myself a couple of dozen, those front panel connections need not be so fiddly still.

What's wrong with continuous straight metal legs. Is this something I don't yet know about? Surely an excellent electricery path is all that is needed; the shape shouldn't matter.
Or does it?

poor quality legs and soldering job will probably cause endless usb header failures.
