USB access problem at front of PC

I get the following error message when I plug my usb pen in the front of my machine.

Is anyone able to tel me how to get them to pick up my usb pens etc

I have tried runnig driver applications to pick up the driver but no luck and the pen works in the usb ports at the back of the pc? :confused:

Perhaps the front socket is wired up wrongly?

Most likely, or damaged or something like that.

Thanks guys, looking to do a small amout of upgrading soon so will take a look when the lid comes off.

Am I right in thinking they will just be plugged into the board and the same with the baack ones?

Would this be a simple plug and go in the board and would it be lables USB?

Denpends on the case. You may have several small connectors marked with letters and symbols for each pin on the mobo, or you may have a block which just plugs in.

I am using a TrendSonic case so will have a look online and see if I can get any pics prior to opening..
