USB bluetooth isn't working

I recently bought a usb bluetooth from OC UK but it worked once then stopped working please help.

so it arrived then.

is the device still recognized? is the bluetooth symbol in the task bar?

Yes. LOl it was supposed to arrive monday but oh well. Yes the device is recognizeed and the symbol is in the taskbar but it keeps asking for a cd but it didn't come with a cd. It is a BT USB M2 by dynamode.

Managed to get it working but not in windows way.
