USB boot via android

Guys. I need your help.

My daughters pc has gone kaput and i have ordered a new cpu and mobo.

My issue is that i have no win 10 DVD as the current one is cracked in half. I have a genuine windows key though.

I cant download and make a bootable Win 10 DVD or USB as i got no pc to do that from.

Can i make a bootable usb with win 10 on it via Android?

Depends if your android device supports(/works with) the OTG cable you get. If the cable works and is able to read/write to your USB stick just fine then i don't see why it wouldn't work.

What's the device you're intending to use? Phone, tablet? What model?

Looks like it should work. Doesn't require root either, which some of the other options do.

In case it does work, which phone is it? I know some manufacturers don't implement all features on the USB port (eg Google blocked display out). Samsung is usually pretty good covering everything.
