usb bootable format tool

ok so i used dban and now the drive wont show up in windows

its listed in the device management but it says its not initilized

any ideas how i can fix it chaps?

or is it knackerd

Why did you do that anyway?

All you wanted to do was put W7 on there, right?

Just use the Windows 7 format utility, there's no performance increase from doing a full format

DBAN shouldn't kill a drive however, if you can't do anything with it in Windows, try gparted from the 'Parted Magic' boot disc
