USB C PCIe Card advice

My daughter has a problem connecting XP pen Artist Pro 14 Gen 2 to her pc with AC97 3 in 1 cable .
It works on my laptop through usb-C port so I'm wondering whether I could install a usb C PCIe Card into her PC to power that tablet.

Its just not powering on when you connect thru AC97 3 in 1 cable to pc (pc don't have usb c socket) but works on usb c from laptop?

Don't know anything about this tablet/pen, but are you plugging the red power USB into a wall adapter?

No power at all or not displaying , this guy had a problem just wondering if it's similar.

I think is not displaying logo appears but after that nothing.

Been looking into the usb c pcie card but not all usb c support video.

I'll look into this further and get back to you , heres a video of setting up the tablet just in case you've missed something.

I asked ai and the answer given.

it almost certainly lacks sufficient power from the USB port. Use the dedicated USB-C to USB-A cable connected directly to a wall power adapter rather than relying solely on your computer's USB ports

The HDMI cable does the pc have a dedicated graphics card or onboard graphics.

If a dedicated graphics card make sure the hdmi cable is plugged into that and not on the motherboard.

Thanks for your help all working fine was faulty usb socket on motherboard.
