USB Flash Stick Query

Planning on updating BIOS on my new mb when i install everything this w/end. As well as having to install RAID drivers during install... Is it possible for me to put 2 directories on the flash drive and both EZFlash and Vista install will be allow me to select specific files/folders?

Or would i have to do them one at a time and nothing else bar the required files can be on the stick?

I'd put the Vista files into folders, and leave the bios rom in the root. Have plenty of files on my USB when I bios flash, works fine.
 
That makes sense actually, as its most likely everything bar the EZFlash/BIOS Flash utility will have the ability to navigate directories. Cheers! *fingers crossed it works for me* :P
