Since findout out that you can install from USB I have not bothered to use any of my DVDs
The advantage of the USB is that you can also chuck things like Drivers and utilities onto it too!
With the price of USB flash drives dropping like flies, I have gone out and bought myself a whole load of USB drives and they all have a copy of Windows thats specific to their particular PC, each with the correct utilities and drives etc.
The Tool I mainly use is the Microsoft one... Its called Windows7-DVD-USBTool.exe and its a tiny 900K and so bugger knows where I got that from, but if you cannot find it, EMail me and I will happily chuck you a copy.

I have also used WINtoFLASH (
http://wintoflash.com/ ) however I have had a few niggles with that... Not many granted, but some... Its more forgiving on the ISOs than the MS one is.
Prefer the windows tool personally, found WINtoFLASH to hit and miss.
