USB socket problem

i have 2 front USB ports and one of them doesn't fit any usb devices as it appears to be slightly bent for some reason. I am not really sure how to fix it. Any ideas?

That picture is really grainy, hard to make out anything. You can stretch the metal out with your nails if it has caved in. You'll need to provide a head on shot so we can make out how damaged the port actually is

Just bend it back so it looks like the one that is working fine.
Obviously make sure the PC is OFF before you start poking/bending it with metal instruments.
