USB stick and 'Open Enclosing Folder' question

Hello there.

I have a USB stick that i'm using to transfer some music files for a friend, when i open the drive it does so in 'Finder' and its listed under 'Devices'. If i right click to open it it also lists 'Open Enclosing Folder' and if i do it lists my Macintosh HD which hold loads of personnel info.

Is this normal as i'm unable to remove it and i don't want to send this info with the stick?

Any help appreciated.

I'm pretty sure that's just down to how devices are mounted on the filesystem. There's no actual data from your HDD on the stick.
